At tzeshotel.gr we provide the possibility to change or cancel the purchase / reservation of a product or service.
Par 1) Change of reservation
After consultation with our competent partners, either by phone at +30 693 927 8767, or via email at info@tzeshotel.gr, you can change your reservation for a new date, if on this date there is availability bender. In case of change in the number of days of your booking, the final amount of the charge will be different. In case this is less than the original, the difference money will be refunded to you within 14 days, if the payment has already been made. In case the final charge is higher than the initial one, you will have to cover the additional costs, either by bank deposit, following the steps listed in Article 5, Paragraph 2, or by cash on delivery upon your arrival at our physical site.
Par 2) Cancellation of reservation
Tzeshotel.gr, understanding the difficulties of our time, gives its customers the possibility to cancel their reservation. This can happen after consultation with our competent partners, either by phone at +30 693 927 8767, or via email at info@tzeshotel.gr.
If you choose to cancel your reservation up to seven (7) days before the start date, you can do so for free. In case of pre-payment, the amount is returned to the bank account from which the payment was made within 14 days, if there are additional costs during the transfer, these will be charged to the customer.
If the customer cancels his reservation in less than seven (7) days from the start, then once the payment has been made the amount will not be refunded.
